AwardsGenie collects voluntary contributions only.

Contributions are voluntary

AwardsGenie is free to use. The only money we collect is voluntary donations from supporters who want to help keep the project online. A donation buys no product, service, or guarantee — it is a contribution to running costs.

Refunds

Because donations are voluntary gifts, they are generally non-refundable. That said, we're reasonable: if you donated by mistake, donated the wrong amount, or were charged in error, email us within 7 days at hello@yourdomain.com and we'll refund it, no fuss.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Donations are one-time and there is nothing to cancel or renew. We do not store your card details or set up any recurring charge.
